TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Consultation fees are non-refundable unless the meeting is canceled at least two business days before the scheduled date.

• Consultations that are canceled will be refunded the full amount, less a $25 cancellation fee.

• The consultation is a working meeting wherein Shotgun Double will thoroughly discuss your design needs and offer real-time design advice. We understand that we are not necessarily the right fit for every design project and vice versa. Successfully booking a consultation with Shotgun Double does not oblige you to hire us for your job, nor does it require us to take on your project. It is our goal to provide every consultation client with a comprehensive written scope of work to be executed by our design team, or by the client.

• Shotgun Double is not responsible for design direction given during the consultation that is executed by an unrelated, third-party vendor or contractor.
